Album Info:Here is a two-page article entitled "Raise The Roof Or Lower The Track." It was published originally in the May-June 1964 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, pages 12-13. No author is specified. "Keeping pace with this important trend [i.e., toward bigger freight cars], the PRR is stretching clearances in many parts of the System so the big loads can go through. Tunnels have had their roofs chipped out. Tracks have been lowered. Overhead power lines have been lifted." (Page 12)
