Description:  Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in Wilmington, Delaware, on 19 July 1960. The photographer is not identified. Shown here (R to L) are Pennsylvania Railroad engines #4940 and a P-5A (Modified) whose number is not recorded. #4940 is an E-2B (B-B) built by General Electric in May of 1951, rated at 2,500 horsepower, and retired in June of 1965 after just 14 years of revenue service.
