Album Info:Here are 11 duplicate 35mm color slides of Pennsylvania Railroad locomotives. All of them were purchased via a single eBay auction conducted by Ms. Sara Aziz on Saturday, 12 March 2022. The photographer's name, the locomotive road number(s), the exact date, and the location are provided when available.

Description:  Aziz. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #780, an L-1S (2-8-2) "Mikado" built in Juniata during October of 1914 and retired in July of 1948 after 34 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.

Description:  Aziz. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in South Amboy, New Jersey, c. 1955. The photographer is not identified. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #5348, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during May of 1918 and retired in October of 1956. Partially visible at the left is PRR engine #4741, a P-5A (2-C-2) electric built by Baldwin-General Electric in March of 1933, rated at 3,750 horsepower, and retired in October of 1964.

Description:  Aziz. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione that was taken in South Amboy, New Jersey, c. 1956. The photographer is not identified. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4800, a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) built by General Electric as number "4899" during August of 1934, rated at 4,620 horsepower, renumbered "4800" in November of 1934, and presently on display at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg. This is "Old Rivets."

Description:  Aziz. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione. Shown here (R to L) is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #9514 and another "EF" Class unit whose road number is not recorded. Both were built by GM-EMD and rated at 1,500 horsepower each. #9514 is an EF-15 constructed in April of 1948 and retired in September of 1962 after just 14 years of revenue service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.
