Description:
Built by GE in July of 1967 as NYC U30B #2841, it moved through the Penn Central roster with the same number, PC 2841. After the collapse of PC, the loco moved over to the Conrail roster as their CR 2841. No final disposition was found - presumedly scrapped during the Conrail era. An unknown rail fan caught it while it was in the Buckeye Yard in Columbus, OH.
