| ARR 3002ARR 3002 arrived at Portland & Western RR just last night. It is on lease as substitute power while P&W locomotives are retrofitted with additionah equipment for operating on the commuter rail trackage between Wilsonville and Beaverton, Oregon which will be operational in Fall 2008.
