I still find it curious tnat coal up here runs without DPUs but the grain trains sometimes do...

Chris Paulhamus General DPU= Distributed Power Unit. In other words, it's an unmanned engine providing power that's not up front like usual. In this case, this DPU (engine) is on the tail end of the train, which is moving from right to left. 4/7/2005 11:50:46 PM
