| The Hill Track used to be SAL's access to the vast downtown industrial district, by the late 80's it was down to a single customer, the Athens Hardware store. Several years after they gave up rail service the Hill track bridge was removed, after that the track was used for power storage until the switch was cut a few years ago, the track is now isolated and unused. |
