Cab car #9650 on the left is about to depart leading a train bound for Philadelphia while cab car #9644 just arrived trailing a train from Philadelphia. The route between Harrisburg and Philadelphia in the past was run with diesels, but upgrades to the tracks have brought AEM-7 electrics and cab cars to the line.
