Chattahoochee Industrial Railroad RS1 #38, outside the shop,
CIRR RS1 #38 was built in November 1947 as Washington Terminal #54. After CIRR service, it became Conrad Yelvington #293.

This unit was named for Bill W. Moore whose name appears just under the window on the cab. Mr. Moore was a long time shop and operating superintendant who was well liked on the CIRR.
