| I decided to crouch down and get a shot of CSX Q593 coming out of Tuscola through this pile of!old rails at the junction. Where I sit is where the Union Pacific used to sit, before the 1993 re-alignment. Now, CSX merges onto a lighter UP curve to cross the IC, then CSX veers back off UP to continue to Decatur. Before 1993, this was the only 3 way crossover of its kind. |
