NS 4270  Contributor's Pick!       
After having several times to be due in Gallitzin, Ns 951 was late and very late. Ns 951 was due out of Harrisburg by 6:00 AM and in Gallitzin between 9:30 and 10:00. Turns out Ns 951 was 24 miles west of Morrisville at 10:00 and didn't leave Harrisburg until 11:15. He then was due in Gallitzin by 5:00, but was behined the Ns 21J who was having some problems east of Altoona. So around 10 until 6pm Ns 951 came around the curve east of the tunneld.
