That's USAX 2001 on the right also. They used to belong to the Air Force based at Cape Canaveral, then shipped to Hill AFB to be used by the Air Force but their shop closed down. The Army picked them up, sent them to DGRC, repainted them and sent them out to an Army installation.

That's the USAX 2007 on the right. Cape Canaveral still has the 2021.
