Rafters and tubers enjoy the beautiful weather on the Fourth of July as a struggling CSX Q249 pulls across the Harpers Ferry bridge on track 1. This train was solely running on the second motor as the first stopped loading east of Point of Rocks. They crept up the Cumberland and eventually made a power swop at Cumberland. |
