| CN local halted in Pierce Park, short of S. Mason St., at Appleton, WI on 10 Jul. '14. It was returning from Kimberly and Combined Locks and had to wait for permission to return to the former C&NW yard. A few blocks away to the northwest, a CN local was dropping off a string of cars at the yard before continuing on to Little Chute and Kaukauna. According to other photographs on this site, IC 9617 was vandalized sometime between 4 Feb. '14 and 10 Jul. '14. |
