GTW 4934
A GTW unit moves along an industrial spur towards the Washington Street grade crossing. The trees make it hard to see, but the unit is traversing between two old defunct rail served buildings to which the turnouts have been removed and mother nature is trying to reclaim. To get to this point, the crew has taken a turnout from the former CNW Neenah Yard on it's north end and ducked in behind the buildings. This spur used to go all the way to serve Gilbert Paper Comany but now only serves the former General Chemical facility. I noticed the General Chemical facility has recently changed names since the new year, unfortunately I do not recall the new name.

T. P. Bruss General Amazing catch at an incredible and unique location! Yet another shot I have been hoping to capture for quite some time. It is such a confined space; it is hard to believe that both warehouses are obscured by vegetation. 7/21/2014 3:26:34 AM
