| Conrail seemed to always be doing work on the River Line, which usually meant not a lot of action during the day. Today will be another work day, so I headed over to the Southern Tier Line, which turned out to be a good move. Not only did I get a pair of RDCs on the scoot, but SLN 4 behind a pair of C 420s and an SD 45. |
