Paul Woodring General If you understand RR operations in the DC area you can see what is happening. The yard engine brought the RF&P road power over to the Amtrak train from nearby Potomac Yard. The train is sitting in the Alexandria, VA train station. The tower in the background is the George Washington Masonic Memorial, which is across the street from the King St. station. 1/15/2017 1:11:12 PM
