| After chasing a NARCOA special on the Finger Lakes Railway, I was driving home when my scanner detected an eastbound freight that tripped the ex Conrail defect detector at Memphis, NY. So, I drove to Warners, NY and there it was, an eastbound CSX ballast train. |
