| A CN through freight approaches E. Snell Rd. as it heads northeast via former SOO rails at Town of Oshkosh, Winnebago Co., WI on 28 Jan. '18. It has just crossed the ridiculously convoluted border from the City of Oshkosh to one of the remaining scraps of the Town of Oshkosh, WI. When it passes where I was standing, on Snell Rd., it will enter the City of Oshkosh once again. The turnout leads to a pair of rail customers, Bemis and Pacur. The former C&NW right-of-way runs parallel here and is partially visible at left. |
