| CEFX 1038 was idling away in an unusual spot on CN, former C&NW, rails near Kampo Rd. at Neenah, WI on 3 Feb. '18. It rests on the short siding which is used to service Neenah's Southpark Industrial Center. When I pulled up to park and shoot it, I noticed two carloads of other rail fans photographing this odd occurrence. The SOO rails, also in use by CN, are in the foreground. The W. Bell St. overpass is partially visible in the background. |
