Byerly. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide of a photo by F.G. Zahn that was taken near Enola, Pennsylvania, on 19 September 1961. Photo Caption: "Pennsylvania No. 4739, Class P-5A, Enola, Pa., 1961." Shown here (R to L) are PRR engine #4739 and two more units whose numbers are not recorded. All are P-5A (2-C-2) electrics rated at 3,750 horsepower each. #4739 was built by Baldwin-General Electric in February of 1933 and retired in May of 1964 after 31 years of service. This photo comes from a color slide set entitled "Electric Railroading ~ Penn Central and Pennsylvania Lines" that's produced and distributed by Blackhawk Films of Davenport, Iowa (868-31).
