| Today was BNSF train dispatcher Curt Junkert's last day in the chair before his official retirement tomorrow. Myself (left) and Curt (right) pose in my Ravenna Dispatcher workstation underneath the big screen announcing his retirement. Curt owned the 1st shift Alliance East DS position and I own the 1st shift Ravenna DS position. Together we manage the 367-mile crew crew district between Lincoln, NE and Alliance, NE. It has been a great run and I wish Curt a long and enjoyable retirement! |
