Marlow. Here is a duplicate 35mm color slide via Al Chione. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #4409, an E-44 (C-C) built by General Electric in March of 1961 and rated at 4,400 horsepower. Partially visible at the right is PRR engine #4846, a GG-1 (2-C-C-2) built in Juniata during May of 1935, rated at 4,620 horsepower, later cut in half and converted into a snowblower, and finally retired in November of 1967.
