| The Juniata Shops at Altoona, PA, built this 4-4-2 steamer in May of 1906 (seerial #1508, class E2d). In April of 1913, it was rebuilt into an E3sd class 4-4-2. The loco was sent to the scrappers in September of 1949, just 3 months after this photo was taken. J.R. Quinn took the photograph. |
