"Worlds Largest Freight Car," Page 14, 1952         
Here is page one of a two-page article entitled "The World's Largest Freight Car." It was published originally in the August 1952 issue of "Pennsy" magazine, page 14. Prominent here is Pennsylvania Railroad 16-axle flat car #470245, the FD-2 built in the Altoona Car Shops during April of 1952, rated at 250-Tons Capacity, and presently on display at the Railroaders Memorial Museum in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
