| Beacon Rail Metro Finance B.V. (“Beacon Rail”) announced on 29.September that it has completed the acquisition of Mitsui Rail Capital Europe B.V. (“MRCE”), a full-service locomotive leasing business in Europe from Mitsui & Co., Ltd. (“Mitsui”). Beacon Rail’s current portfolio includes now 507 locomotives, 1,200 freight wagons, and 515 passenger train vehicles and intercity coaches on lease across 18 countries. |
