Steve Smith General As a correction to the above title, BRRX does not stand for BRRX (Brooklyn Resource Recovery Incorporated) it used to stand for Blue Ridge Rail Restorations, Located in Salem VA. This caboose was and is privatly owned by Jeff Shelton of Roanoke VA. Caboose has since been restored and was used on the 2006 NS Roanoke VA Santa Train. 4/7/2007 7:43:48 AM
