| Lapham-Hickey Steel opened this facility in 1989, moving to Oshkosh from Neenah. Lapham-Hickey's presence has grown in Oshkosh over the years. From my observation of the rail traffic on this subdivision of the Wisconsin and Southern, it seems that Lapham-Hickey receives mainly steel plate via rail. I have never seen any loads of structural or tubing heading this way on the WSOR. |
