Long before an SW1 carried the number 615, it belonged to the Alco-Schenectady 4-6-2 Pacific built in October of 1916 but as #1615 originally. The loco was later rebuilt as an E-S class member and renumbered 615 in 1952 as seen in the photo. It stayed on the roster through 10/1 1952. Disposition unknown. An unknown photographer caught it as it sat in Marshfield, WI.
